Making an offer
Offers are presented in full, alongside your position, funding and timescale.

Mortgage process
An agreement in principle first, then a full application once an offer is agreed.

Surveys
Choose between a condition report, homebuyer report or full building survey.
- 05
Completion
Contracts exchange, funds transfer and keys are released — usually 8 to 16 weeks.
