Our story
Founded on the idea that moving home should feel calm
In our fictional history, Havenport Estates opened in a small harbour-front office in 2004 with two people, a kettle and a conviction that estate agency had become far too transactional.
Two decades later the imagined agency handles sales, lettings and valuations across five invented neighbourhoods, still built around named advisers rather than call centres.
None of it is real. Every person, sale, review and property described on this website has been created purely to demonstrate web design, user experience and front-end development.
